I was able to get on my bike early and had an absolutely wonderful ride through some back roads near Polson and Ronan. Got in 70 miles before is got to hot. 
The food was delicious but it tends to taste even better when you have a view like that and share it with good friends. A very good day indeed.
There were a few good climbs which made for a solid ride. I was beat afterward.
I sucked down 3 qts of Gatorade. I can tell right now I should by stock in that company as I will be a very good customer for the next 3 weeks!
After the ride we met up with Skip and Betty at the lake house. A gorgeous day at Flathead Lake. Check out our dinner table.
What a great view! I think even I could be convinced to endure the heat if I got a view like that as a reward. :)
